Ingredients

4 tbsp butter

1-2 cups chopped celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, corn… (any combo of these)

6 tbsp flour

4 cups bouillon

2 cups cooked salmon

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup (or more) white wine

1 tsp dill

salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute veggies for about 5 minutes (until soft).
  2. Add flour and stir well.
  3. Add bouillon and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until veggies are tender, stirring often. Season to taste, and enjoy!
