Ingredients
4 pkg frozen broccoli chunks
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 1/2 c milk
2 tbl sherry
2 1 lb cans of salmon
1/4 c grated parmesan
1 tbl very fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
cook broccoli as directed drain, put into shallow baking dish make sauce by melting butter in saucepan, stir in flour, salt and pepper add milk and cook, stirring until thickenedadd sherry top broccoli with chunks of salmon pour sauce over top and sprinkle with parmesan and bread crumbs that have been mixed together bake at 450 15-20 minutes or until hot
