Ingredients
Salmon filets 1/2 pound per person
1 1/2 cups chopped spiced pecans*
(recipe included)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
lemon juice
salt pepper
garlic salt
Preparation
drizzle salmon with lemon juice mix bread crumbs and pecans together cover salmon completely with pecan/breadcrumb mixture place in baking dish 400 degrees preheated oven bake for 30-45 mins.
Spiced pecans 1 egg white 2 Tb. Cold water ½ cup sugar ¼ tsp each: cinnamon clove allspice
Whisk all together and pour over 1 pound of pecans. Mix well. Place on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Remove immediately from cookie sheet or they will get soggy.
