Ingredients
1 Salmon fillet (1.5 lbs)
1-2 tsp Dried Herbes De Provence
1-2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
2 tsp Sea Salt
Additional spices to taste. I recommend some red or cayenne pepper or some garlic powder.
Preparation
Sprinkle the salmon fillet on both sides with the herbes, dill, salt and spices. Preheat grill to about 380 - 400 degrees. Too hot and the plank might cathc fire. Place salmon on plank and then plank on grill. Close the grill and heat until internal temp is about 165. The grill and plank will actually cook and smoke the fish and add to the flavor. Enjoy!
