Ingredients:

salmon fish - 6 pieces

eggs -2

five spice powder -1/2 tsp

ginger garlic paste -1tsp

salt - to taste

light soya souce - 1 tsp

rice veniger - 1/2 tsp

corn flour - 1 tsp

vegetable oil/butter- 5 tblsp

for garnishing:

lemon juice - few drops

chopped green onions and

chopped cucumber for garnishing

Preparation

Preparation: Take a vessel n add corn flour and add eggs in it and beat well. add salt,soya souce, rice veniger, five spice powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well. marinade fish in it for 3 hours n refrigerate it. heat butter or vegetable oil in a pan n fry both the side of fish in it. remove it and placeit in a plate, sqeez off few drops of lemon juice on it and garnish it with chopped green onions and cucumber. server hot.
