Ingredients
6 oz smoked salmon
sour cream
fresh chives
caviar (how expensive is your option)black or red
pre-made filo cups
Preparation
in a blend puree the salmon and some minced dill with some sour cream until a mousse like texture, spoon into filo cups top with caviar to garnish chill and serve.
