Salmon fillets

butter

phylo pastry

brie cheese

maple syrup

Preparation

Melt butter and with a pastry brush, brush both sides of pastry, keep damp cloth on remainder of pastry to keep from drying out. Place salmon piece on one end of pastry and put a slice of brie cheese over it, drizzle with syrup and roll and tuck in edges. Do this with the remainder of salmon and pastry. Put on cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
