Ingredients

4 Salmon filets (single serving size)

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

1 - 1 1/2 tsp. shredded fresh basil

Preparation

About 2 hours prior to barbequing mix together olive oil, sea salt,ground pepper and fresh shredded basil. Refridgerate.

Preheat barbeque to 400 degrees. Remove oil mixture from the refridgerator and mix well. Pour into a medium zip lock bag. Add salmon to oil mixture and turn until all salmon is evenly coated. Barbeque approximately 1 1/2 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until fish flakes easily.

I usually serve this with baked potatoes and fresh grilled vegetables.
