Ingredients

1 OZ. CREAMED CHEESE PACKAGE AT

ROOM TEMPITURE

1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM

1/4 CUP MAYONAISE

1 TABLESPOON LEAMON JUICE

1/2 teaspoon Herbs de Provance

use dill and celantro mix

1/2 teaspoon Wasabe Sauce or use

the dry powder

4 oz. SMOKED SALMON

1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED

CHIVES

Preparation

Mix all ingrediants except the salmon and the chives until smooth. Add the salmon after flaking and stir to blend with a fork. Chill and sprinkle the chives on top just before serving. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
