Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon (2 cups) drain, remove skin and bones

(smoked trout can be used)

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons grated onion

1 teaspoon horseradish

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Preparation

Mix together. Chill. Shape into roll or log or ball. Roll in mixture of 1/2 cup nuts and 3 teaspoons chopped parsley. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
