Ingredients

Log:

8 ounces flaked Salmon (baked or canned)

2 tsp onion, finely chopped

1 tsp horseradish

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

Covering:

1 cup chopped nuts

3 Tbsp parsley flakes

Preparation

Combine and form into a log or a ball. Chill. Once chilled, roll log or ball on mix of nuts and flakes. Serve with crackers.
