Ingredients

-4 salmon filets

-3 T maple syrup

-2 T Dijon mustard

-1/3 C crushed walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450º
  2. Combine syrup and mustard and brush on salmon filets
  3. Top with crushed walnuts
  4. Place on a broiler pan and bake 12-15 minutes
