Ingredients
-4 6oz. fillets of salmon
-1 tub of lite garlic/herb spreadable cheese
-4 oz. fat free cream cheese
-one box of bow tie pasta
-1 TBS olive oil
salt
pepper
lemon
dill weed
1/4 cup capers (optional)
Preparation
While cooking pasta, put 2 fillets in aluminum foil and sprinke with salt, pepper, and lemon juice…close up the aluminum foil and repeat with other two fillets. Once closed, put into a oven safe dih and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees. Afetr cooked thoroughly, remove salmon from aluminum foil and scrape off any skin. In a large bowl, mix up the samon, cream cheese, and garlic cheese spread with a half a cup of the hot pasta water. Pour mixture on top of pasta and add 1 Tsp of dill weed, capers, a little more lemon juice, and stir.
