Ingredients
1 15 1/2 oz can salmon
8 oz spiral macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
4 c torn spinach leaves
1/4 c chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
special dressing:
1 tbl salmon liquid
1/4 c each corn oil and tarragon wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp crushed oregano
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
drain salmon, reserve 1 tbl for dressing remove skin and bones, break into chunks combine salmon. cooked macaroni, spinach leaves, green onion, parsley, salt and pepper toss with dressing, sprinkle with cheese, garnish with tomatoes serve immediately
