Ingredients
4 large baked potatos
sour cream
lox, sliced thin
capers
lemon
pinch of salt
Preparation
After potato is baked and cooled, slice it into 1 inch slices; fry it up crisp in vegetable oil and drain on paper towel. Then salt.
Then put sliced lox atop each potato slice and squeeze lemon juice on each
Add a dolop of sour cream on each and top sour cream with a few capers
