Ingredients

2 Tblsp (T) Chili Powder

1 T Garlic powder

1 T Onion powder

3 T sugar

1 T paprika

1 T salt

1/2 Tsp (t) allspice

1/2 t cumin

1/2 t pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all incredients in small bowl

  2. Rub salmon with dry rub from bowl, place salmon steaks in gallon size freezer bag and marinate 1-4 hours

  3. Grill steaks skin side down 10-15 minutes based on thickness and take off grill when fish flakes. Do not turn fish over
