Ingredients

1 broiled salmon filet (approx 2 cups cooked)

1 stalk celery

1/2 c raw carrots

2 Tbl sweet relish

2 dashes hot sauce

1/2 cup mayonaise

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Finely chop carrots and celery. In a med. bowl, break up salmon with fork. Add celery, carrots and relish. Mix in hot sauce and Mayonaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
