Ingredients

2 - 6oz. grilled salmon fillets

4 strips cooked bacon

2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

2 Tbs. mayonaise

1 tsp. capers

4 slices toasted multigrain bread

Preparation

  1. Mix mayonaise and capers and spread on toast.
  2. Divide salmon, bacon, egg and stack on toast.
  3. Eat.
