Ingredients
1 (7.5 oz.) can of salmon, drained, bones removed and flaked
3 scallions, white and greens, chopped
1 sm cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2C dill, chopped
1/3C flay leaf parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1T canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix first five ingredients.
- Mix in lemon juice and oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving on toast, pita bread, etc.
