Ingredients
1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
1 8 oz package sliced white mushrooms
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 green or yellow pepper, cut into rings
2 7 oz packages Pink Salmon
3/4 cup Italian dressing
Preparation
In a salad bowl, arrange lettuces, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers. Then, flake in salmon. Just before serving, toss with Italian dressing. Drizzle, if desired, with additional dressing.
