Ingredients
1 Can of Sockeye Salmon
1 Red and Green Pepper
1 Red onion
1 box of Alpha sprouts
1 clove of garlic
2 tea spoons of Olive oil
Add a touch of Hellmann’s.
Spice - black pepper, salt and cayenne pepper.
Preparation
One Can of Sockeye Salmon Chop fine red and green soft skin peppers (one each). Fry 1 (on low with 2 tea spoons of extra virgin oil) red onion until soft - insert 2 finely minced cloves of garlic into the pan and continue to fry until the onions turn golden brown. Let cool. Add a table spoon of Hellmann’s Finely chop cucumber and mix-in Add a pinch of black pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Add alpha sprouts to the top and place between two slices of rye bread. Enjoy.
