Ingredients
1/4 pound sashimi grade salmon cut into tiny cubes
zest of 1 lime
juice of 2 limes
1/3 cup Brent’s Pico
1 green onion sliced thin
pepper
dash of soy
1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder
Preparation
cut the salmon into 1/4 inch cubes toss with all remaining ingredients Let marinate for 2 hours in fridge serve on top of rice crackers or cucumber slices
