Ingredients
1 1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
2 salmon filets
1/2 a mango
1/2 avacado
1/6 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oilk
3 cups mesclun or frisee lettuce
Preparation
Sprikle 1/2 salt and paprika on salmon, place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan.
Add add all dressing ingredients to reserved spice/salt mixture, toss to combine. Add mangos and avacados.
Broil fish 5 minutes or until done. Serve over lettuce.
