Ingredients
1 cup of cranberries
1 cup of pommagrenade juice
2 pounds of salmon
1 lemon
1 Teaspoon of white wine vinegar
Pepper
Preparation
1-Crush the cranberries. I guess that a juice extractor would be the best. 2-Add the pommagrenade juice. 3-Add the juice of 1 lemon 4-Add one teaspoon of white vine vinegar 5-Add pepper to taste 6-Mix 7- Add salmon (I cut them into stripes of 1 inch large) 8-Mix again and let sit for a couple hours (mine are over night). 9-Bake the salmon (put aluminum paper over it so heat doesn’t escape) in the oven at 350F for 15-25 mins.
