Ingredients

Salmon fillets

Salt

Sweet smoked paprika

1/2 cup Mayo

2 tbsp Jack Daniels

2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Sauce: whisk mayo, lemon juice, and whiskey together

Salmon: Sprinkle to taste with salt & sweet smoked paprika sauté 4 minutes on 1st side & 2 minutes on 2nd side (for 1" fillet)

Decrease or increase cooking time for thinner or thicker fish

Spoon sauce onto fish & serve

on 2nd side
