Ingredients

3/4 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1 2-pound center-cut skinless salmon fillet

1/3 cup spicy brown mustard (such as Gulden’s)

1/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar

Preparation

In a small sauce pan combine wine. brown sugar, butter, brown mustard and 2 TBS brown sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by 1/3. Marinate the salmon in half the sauce for 1 hour . Pan Sear the salmon flesh side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip salmon and sear for 2-3 minutes. Pour the reserved sauce on the salmon. Finish in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
