Ingredients
4 - ¼ lb Salmon Fillets
16 Lemon Slices
4 tsp Olive Oil
4 Sprigs Rosemary
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Cherry Toms, Halved
Preparation
Preheat to 475 Cut 4 pieces of foil or parchmt(about 12" long)
Put s&p, 1 tsp oil, & ¼ tsp lemon juice on each fillet
Put 2 lemon slices on bottom of ea piece of foil, put salmon on top
Top salmon w/Rosemary & 2 more lemon slices
Sprinkle cherry toms on top
Fold up packet, leaving enough room to steam
Put packets on baking sheet Bake 12 - 15 min, until done
