Ingredients

2 tb ginger

garlic

2 carrots

1 leek

3/4 c white wine

1/2 c clam juice

2 salmon fillets

Preparation

  1. brush salmon with sesame oil, s&p
  2. sear on high heat,transfer to foil
  3. add 1 tb butter, cook veggies, transfer to foil
  4. reduce wine and juice to glaze
  5. pour glaze over salmon and ve
