Ingredients
2 tb ginger
garlic
2 carrots
1 leek
3/4 c white wine
1/2 c clam juice
2 salmon fillets
Preparation
- brush salmon with sesame oil, s&p
- sear on high heat,transfer to foil
- add 1 tb butter, cook veggies, transfer to foil
- reduce wine and juice to glaze
- pour glaze over salmon and ve
