Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 T chopped fresh tarragon plus more for garnish
1 T lemmon zest plus 1 T fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
4 skinless salmon filets
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
For sauce: stir first 3 ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
For fish: season with salt and pepper. Grill or broil until fish is opaque. Garnish with fresh tarragon.
Serve fish with sauce on the side.
