Ingredients
Fresh salmon ( never use frozen meat) 1/4 lb. per person.
Fresh dill
creamed horseradish ( most stores have it in the cooler department) 1 Tb. per lb.
Mayo 1/4 cup per lb.
Lemon juice 1/4tp. per lb.
White pepper 1/8 tp. per lb.
Preparation
Mix creamed horsersdish, freah dill Chopped, mayo. lemon juice and white pepper.
Place Salmon on foil cover with mixture.
Place on hot grill , grill for 10 to 15 mins. until done.
serve with veg. and white wine.
