Preparation

Clean the salmon and cut into serving portions. Cut the parchment paper into a heart shape. Spread butter onto one half of the sheet. Place the salmon on the buttered part of the paper. Add salt, cubed tomatoes, mussels, julienned zucchini and potatoes, and black olives. Sprinkle some lemon juice and finely chopped parsley and close the parchment paper. Place the packages on a baking sheet and cook for 10-13 minutes in the oven, preheated at 400 degrees.
