Ingredients

1 cup salsa 

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup honey 

1/4 cup tequila 

Grilled meat 

Preparation

Blend salsa with olive oil, honey, and tequila in a food processor. Transfer mixture to a small pot; bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes. Brush onto grilled meat. To store, let cool and refrigerate.
