2/3 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
16 oz. drained salsa
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1 c. dry instant potatoes
4 tsp. taco seasoning
1/2 c. butter/marg.
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 T. chopped parsley
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Jack cheese
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Bake 350 45-50 minutes. Serve with bean dip in round ring pan.
