Ingredients

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, sofrened

1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, divided

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 small red onion, chopped

1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz. total)

Tortilla chips

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in 1 cup of slasa until combined. Spread onto a 12-inch serving plate. Sprinkle with green pepper, onion and tomato.

Top remaining salsa; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
