Ingredients
3 tomatoes - chopped
1 small onion - diced
1 brick of cheddar/jack cheese - cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2-3 jalapenos - chopped
1-2 T. jalapeno juice
1 (15 oz) can tomato puree
Preparation
Run tomatoes briefly (10 seconds) in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Dip with tortilla chips.
