Ingredients
8-10 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 serrano peppers (or jalapeños)
Juice of a lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Quarter and seed the tomatoes. Dice. Chop onion. Chop the peppers. Seed and take out ribs if you want a milder salsa. Mix all together.
