Ingredients
4 large red peppers, roasted
8 medium fresh jalapeno peppers, roasted
1 cup white vinegar
4 cups sugar
1 Granny Smith apple, grated
Juice of 2 fresh limes
Preparation
Put peppers in large pot with grated apple, add white vinegar, lime juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook at slow boil, stirring occassionally, until thickened - about 15 minutes.
