Ingredients

5 cups tomatoes, chopped

1 cup onion chopped

1 cup green pepper chopped

1/2 cup red pepper chopped

3 jalapeno pepper

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup vinegar

3 tsp sugar

3 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp pickling salt (I use sea salt coarse)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp aregano

3 tsp chopped parsley

Preparation

the instructions say to add everything up to and not including the paprika bring to a boil and cook for 15 min then add everything from paprika on and cook for 20 more mins. I also asks to process in a hot water bath for 20 mins. I do none of this I just add it all together and eat. I think you do this only if you want to can it.
