Ingredients

1 cap (14.5 oz) mexican style stewed tomatoes

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

2 tsp lemon juice

1 small clove garlic, minced

1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Place tomatoes in blender container. Cover and run on lowest speed 2 seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
