Ingredients

3 med peppers (hot or mild)

3 green bell peppers

3 med onions

8 tomatoes

1 tsp garlic powder

4 T. sugar

1 T. chili powder

1/2 c. vinegar

4 tsp salt

12 oz can tomato paste

Preparation

Put everything but paste in a large pot. Cook over medium-high heat until veggies are tender. Add paste and bring to a boil. Put in jars and seal.
